At Truly Healthy MD, I offer clinician 2 clinician consultations to support clinicians managing patients with complex, chronic illnesses. These consults are intended to assist licensed healthcare providers in developing a comprehensive, functional medicine-informed plan for their patients.
Who This Is For
My consultative services are designed for healthcare providers who are caring for patients with:
• Chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia
• Mold and mycotoxin-related illness
• Tick-borne infections (e.g., Lyme disease, Bartonella, Babesia)
• Hormonal imbalances and menopause transitions
• Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)
• Gut-brain axis dysfunction, chronic GI symptoms
• Environmental sensitivities or complex multisystem symptom
These consultations are especially helpful for providers seeking guidance in interpreting functional lab results or exploring root-cause approaches to persistent or unexplained symptoms.
What to Expect
• A 60-minute virtual consultation with Dr. Monica Jauregui
• Detailed review of the patient’s case history and relevant labs (as provided by the referring clinician)
• Functional medicine insights and differential diagnosis considerations
• General recommendations and strategies that the clinician may consider when forming the treatment plan
• Written consult summary sent to the referring provider
I do not offer ongoing co-management or assume care of patients. These consultations are strictly educational in nature and intended to support your clinical decision-making.
Consultation Format
• Consultations are conducted provider-to-provider only.
• I do not provide direct medical care or assume clinical responsibility for the patient.
• All treatment decisions, prescriptions, and follow-up plans remain solely with the primary treating clinician.
