Consultation
Your initial visit will include a thorough consultation beginning with a review of case history forms that will be provided for you to complete before your appointment. The time set aside with the doctor will be approximately 60 minutes. Questions covered will include current conditions or concerns, health history, medications, diet, exercise, supplementation, recent diagnostic testing, and goals.
Plan of Action
Following your consultation, the doctor will make the determination if you qualify for one of our wellness programs. If we are able to move forward, a “Plan of Action” or course of care will be designed for your personal needs and discussed on this visit.
